About the Job
- •Deliver excellent customer service and manage the needs of our customers (guests and partners) through our communication channels (phone, email, and live chat)
- •Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely response
- •Take ownership of issues and concerns of customers, including operational issues, pricing/invoice queries etc.
- •Provide professional customer support and resolve queries related to Trips, Fare, Process, Payments
- •Ensure a positive and professional approach in all interactions
- •Build and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with new and existing customers

About the Job
- •Test the complete OneWay.cab booking pipeline from fare calculation and cab selection to payment processing and booking confirmation
- •Write detailed test cases, test plans, and execute regression tests across features
- •Report bugs with clear steps to reproduce, expected vs actual results, and screenshots
- •Verify bug fixes and perform sanity/smoke testing before releases
- •Test across web (React) and mobile (Android/iOS) platforms ensuring cross-device compatibility
- •Collaborate with developers and product team to understand requirements and edge cases
Requirements
- •Strong understanding of manual testing methodologies and SDLC
- •Experience writing test cases, test plans, and bug reports
- •Familiarity with tools like Jira, Postman, and browser DevTools
- •Knowledge of API testing and basic SQL queries
- •Attention to detail and ability to test across multiple devices/browsers

- •Design and develop backend microservices for booking engine, fare calculation, driver allocation, and payment gateway integration
- •Build highly available REST APIs handling thousands of concurrent bookings

- •Optimize database queries and ensure system performance under load
- •Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and architecture decisions
